Collaborative force
Each CCF member agency has a specialized area of expertise— and a shared commitment to helping NY’s children and families thrive. But it can be challenging for caregivers to find and access their services. And sometimes children and families need a combination of support, more than any single agency offers. Or there are technical, administrative and legal hoops to go through.
CCF goes to bat for these families, caregivers and children.
CCF collaborates with agencies, coordinates services and influences policy makers. They team up with stakeholders to ensure children and families get the support they need, assuring caregivers they’re not alone, empowering them with confidence, hope and a clear path forward.
